Many people we see at our place are here because they ve had these before. Two (or one) large Poblano Chiles stuffed with either Manchego or Spiced Ground Beef and Cheese deep fried in an egg white batter served with rice, steamed vegetables and Carlos Marinara.

Tostadas

This is the ancient precursor of the classic American hard shell taco. Spiced ground beef, salsa, lettuce, cheese and a sauce served on three flat fried corn tortillas.

Everyone loves our Chile Rellenos and everyone loves our burritos, we were told that some places in Chicago serve a Chile Relleno Burrito. Frank cried the first time he tasted this.
